Last week when handing out those massive diamond-encrusted Super Bowl rings, the Philadelphia Eagles Organization was very generous with who received one. Even a former secretary of 30 years got one who had recently been fired during the Chip Kelly era.

Carol Cullen, the secretary who used to type up the weekly playlist, unexpectedly received a ring after a few years after her shocking termination. She was such a well-liked employee by everyone in the organization that she was rewarded her very own personalized ring as a token of their appreciation for all her years of dedication.

“I was very excited for them because I had friends there, I really wanted them to do well. I know how hard people work to get to that point and I know what goes on behind the scenes, but at the same time, I was really missing being a part of it” says Cullen. Cullen’s family quickly jumped on Twitter to thank the Eagles organization and the message quickly went viral.

Carroll’s niece was beyond excited.
